All Sessions Include• High-resolution, color-corrected proof gallery (no watermark)
• All final retouched images (no watermark)

Travel Fees• Outside Sacramento: [$0.75 per mile]
• Destination/location fees may apply depending on permits or access

Booking Info:
• 50% deposit required to secure your date (non-refundable)
• Deposits are void for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or unconfirmed reschedule dates
• .Raw format images are not released
• Final delivery includes proofs + selected retouched images



📸 Photography Terms and Conditions — ThisIsOGMedia

By booking a session with ThisIsOGMedia, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Deposit
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time.
  • Your session is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  • The remaining balance is due before or at the time of the session.

2. Lateness
  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
  • After 15 minutes, a late fee of $50 per 15-minute increment may be applied.
  • If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled and deposit forfeited.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Same-day cancellations or reschedules will forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows result in a full cancellation, and the deposit is voided.
  • If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to retain your deposit.
  • Rescheduled sessions must have a new confirmed date; if no date is confirmed within 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Travel Fees
  • Sessions booked outside the city of Sacramento may incur travel fees starting at $0.75 per mile roundtrip or a flat rate depending on distance and time required.

5. Image Usage, Copyright & Licensing
  • ThisIsOGMedia retains copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients receive personal usage rights for online sharing, printing, and promotional use (if you’re the subject).
  • Merchandise, commercial, or editorial usage (e.g., T-shirts, album covers, advertisements, billboards, etc.) requires a separate licensing agreement.
  • Tagging @ThisIsOGMedia or photographer credit is appreciated when sharing online.

6. Editing, Revisions & Raw Files
  • All delivered images are color-corrected, high-resolution, and watermark-free.
  • .Raw format files will not be provided under any circumstances.
  • 1 round of reasonable revisions (if included in your package) is allowed. Additional edits are billed at $30 per image.

7. Turnaround Time
  • Standard turnaround time is  7–10 business days unless otherwise discussed.
  • Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
