Music Video Pricing Structure – ThisIsOGMedia (2025)

​🔹 Tier 1: Essentials — “Run & Gun” Package $1000
Ideal for: Emerging artists, promo clips, simple performance-style shoots
Includes:
  • Up to 3–4 hours of shooting
  • 1–2 man crew (camera op + possible assistant or gimbal op)
  • One location (basic lighting and movement)
  • Clean color-corrected 4K edit
  • 2 vertical social media promos (30 sec Each)
  • Delivery in 10–15 business days
  • 2 rounds of light revisions
  • Add-ons available: location scouting, rush edits, color grading pass, etc.

🔸 Tier 2: Elevated Production $2500
Ideal for: Established artists, conceptual videos, brand promotion
Includes:
  • Up to 8 hours on set, Includes loading in/out equipment, set up & filming.
  • 2-3 person crew (Director/DP, 2nd Cam/BTS)
  • Multiple locations (within reasonable distance)
  • Full HD/4K video edit + cinematic color grading
  • Behind-the-scenes Photos + 2 min BTS Video
  • Up to 3 short-form edits for reels, TikTok, IG
  • 4 rounds of revisions
  • Add-ons available: Motion graphics, stylized effects, extra shoot days, storyboarding, set design

🔺 Tier 3: Custom / High-Level Conceptual $4000+ (starting)
Ideal for: Labels, signed artists, high-level storytelling visuals
Includes:
  • Full pre-production (treatment, location scout, shot list, casting help)
  • 2-day shoot (or extended shoot day)
  • Full team: Director, DP, 1st AC, BTS shooter, Production Assistant, etc.
  • Licensed music if needed, pro-grade lighting/camera rigs
  • Full video edit, grading, effects, text/animation as needed
  • 3+ short-form social assets
  • Project manager / production coordinator as needed
  • Optional licensing package for merch/ads/broadcast

⚙️ A La Carte Add-Ons (available at any level)
  • Extra Reels or Promos: $150–$250 each
  • Rush Editing (48–72 hrs): $300–$600
  • Behind-the-Scenes Edit: $250–$500
  • Drone Footage (licensed op): $250+
  • Extra Locations / Days: Custom rate
  • Styled Lookbook or Moodboard Direction: $100–$300
  • Makeup Artist / Stylist Coordination: Based on talent fee



    🎥 Videography Terms and Conditions — ThisIsOGMedia Effective Date: [Insert Date]
    By booking a video shoot with ThisIsOGMedia, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Booking & Deposit
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your shoot date and time.
  • The remaining 50% is due on or before the day of the shoot.
  • Your shoot is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • 2. Lateness
  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
  • After 15 minutes, a late fee of $50 per 15-minute increment may be applied due to crew scheduling and setup time.
  • If the client is more than 30 minutes late without communication, the shoot may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Same-day cancellations or reschedules will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be charged the full balance due to time lost.
  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours notice to retain your deposit.
  • If a new date is not selected within 14 days of the original shoot, the deposit is void.

  • 4. Travel Fees
  • Travel outside of Sacramento may incur fees starting at $0.75 per mile roundtrip, or a flat rate depending on location and travel time.
  • For out-of-town shoots that require lodging or airfare, those costs will be billed to the client in advance or must be covered directly.

  • 5. Usage Rights, Copyright & Licensing
  • ThisIsOGMedia retains full copyright ownership of all video content unless a separate agreement is made.
  • The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final video(s) for personal or promotional purposes (e.g., social media, websites, portfolios).
  • For commercial distribution, merchandise, broadcast, film, or advertising, a commercial licensing agreement must be signed and additional fees may apply.
  • Credit (e.g., “Shot by @ThisIsOGMedia”) is appreciated when sharing.

  • 6. Editing, Revisions & Raw Footage
  • Final videos will be delivered in high resolution with professional color grading and sound.
  • Raw, unedited footage is not included unless purchased separately.
  • Each project includes 1 round of basic revisions (within reason). Extensive revisions, re-edits, or changes to creative direction after editing begins will incur an additional hourly editing fee or flat re-edit rate.
  • Revisions must be requested within 5 business days of receiving the initial draft.

  • 7. Turnaround Time
  • Standard delivery time is 10–15 business days unless otherwise discussed.
  • Rush editing (within 48–72 hours) is available for an additional fee depending on scope and complexity.
